Upon booking an apartment with us, you will receive detailed instructions and directions from airport, train, by car etc, which will be helpful with arriving into the city. You will receive valuable information on the public transportation system, Venice Card tickets, how to use telephones from the airports, changing money etc. Once you arrive to your agreed upon point of pick up in Venice, you will be met by one of our representatives and taken to your apartment. At that time, he or she will point out various shops, supermarkets, banks etc, that may be helpful to you during your stay. After showing you to your apartment, we will make sure you understand how everything within it works including the machines, keys, heater/a.c. etc. We will also provide you with a map of the city along with other brochures of events going on and give you an overview of the city and its attractions, public transportation system and helpful hints to save you money and time.

Dealing directly with our clients helps us provide you with the perfect apartment rental for your vacation.

Host accompaniment from the nearest boat stop to the apartment is included in the price of your rental. If you wish to be met at the airport, there is a fee for this service. In addition, arrivals after 8:00 pm to the meeting point, are subject to late fees. You can feel confident and comfortable knowing that you are in good hands with us.
